Daily maintenance of JUKI patch:
Ten minutes before working every day, the technician instructs the operator to stop the time for daily maintenance
Clean the JUKI patch machine surface dust with a clean white cloth, including the body surface, display, keyboard, mouse, switch, etc.;
Check whether the air pressure reaches the 0.5Mpa air pressure value;
Check whether the PCB conveyor belt is smooth, and use the PCB to test without the card plate;
Check whether the safety device is normal, including the front and rear safety door, FEEDER float SENSOR, and check whether the area SENSOR is normal, and test the function of each SENSOR can normally display the SENSOR alarm state in the display screen;
Clean the components scattered in the JUKI patch machine with a vacuum cleaner;
Clean the LASER SENSOR VCS lens for dust with lens paper;
Warm machine listen to the JUKI patch machine sound is abnormal phenomenon, no abnormal after the production.
Weekly maintenance of JUKI patch:
First do a point check to check whether the air pipe and joint are leaked, and whether the cylinder of each unit works normally;Check whether the conveyor belt, pulley and gear are damaged, and maintain or replace them immediately;
Remove all NOZZLE from the ATC and put it into the ultrasonic cleaning (add alcohol to the ultrasonic wave), remove it after about 5 minutes, blow it clean with the air gun, and then the cotton stick with a small amount of maintenance oil daub on the head activity plug;
After wiping the ACT slider clean with a white cloth, add a little maintenance oil to the fixing screw of the movable slider.
With white cloth strip will transfer the cylinder, belt, slider, width adjustment wire plug, wipe clean and add a small amount of maintenance oil on the gear block, pulley, add a small amount of width adjustment wire plug on a small layer of printing maintenance butter;
Wipe X and Y linear guide rails with white cloth and add thin layers of printing maintenance butter;Wipe the LASER WINDOW clean with lens paper;
Retest all NOZZLE s within the SET UP, and save the exit;
Check the LASER curve in the manual menu and wipe it clean;
After opening the front cover slow heater for 2 minutes, wipe off the excess maintenance butter with a white cloth strip.
Monthly maintenance of JUKI patch:
Power off the machine.
Wipe all head NOZZLE sets with 1.5M inner corner and replace all FILTER;
Clean all SENSOR s for dust with white cloth strips;
Clean the dust in the distribution box with a vacuum cleaner, clean the board card one by piece when necessary, clean with the cleaner, blow dry with the air gun and re-load;
Remove the vacuum generator, decompose and clean, wipe the internal dirty oil with white cloth, clean the body with detergent, and then reapply the seal oil in the seal ring in the reassembly;
With white cloth to X, Y, Z each axis guide rail, wire rod clean, in addition to the Z axis guide rail and wire rod need to add maintenance oil, other guide rail, slider plus maintenance butter;
Remove the mouse, clean the internal dirt with a white cloth;
Start up for warm maneuver for 5 minutes and wipe excess butter with white cloth.
Maintenance precautions for JUKI patch machine: check maintenance tools and auxiliary tools to avoid omission in JUKI patch; excessive maintenance oil should be removed and not stained on CCD lens, optical ruler and photoelectric sensors to avoid incorrect action of JUKI patch and prevent damage; check installation device, maintenance key and safty key to prevent safety accidents, and keep nozzle consistent with parameter setting and prevent suction damage.
Regular maintenance of JUKI patch machine can effectively reduce the feeding rate, reduce the alarm times, and provide the productivity and production quality of JUKI patch machine.
