Debugging steps for placement of new products by Smt Machine

When the patch program of the new electronic product circuit board is completed and optimized, patch production needs to be carried out on the placement machine. The ideal state is that after the product program is loaded into the machine's controller, and the components have been installed according to the feeder's bill of materials, Smt Machine can begin stable and continuous mass production. But in fact, it is often necessary to go through some long-term program debugging and trial production before the placement machine can truly produce stably and continuously. Programs and databases may need adjustment in the following areas. Let's take a look at the debugging steps of the Smt Machine to mount new products.



Step 1. Parameters in the component database of the automatic placement machine



When the placement machine starts programming, sometimes there are no samples of circuit boards and components, and programming can only be done through the placement pattern of the circuit board and other materials. Since the local components are not standard components, the exact same component data cannot be found in the standard database that comes with it, and the newly created component database may be difficult to achieve on the machine through identification. Mouth selection, camera recognition lighting settings, feeder selection and component orientation, etc.



Step 2. Component placement coordinates on the placement machine


When the placement machine program is made, sometimes the original coordinate data of the circuit board cannot be obtained. The coordinates in the program are obtained by the programming machine, or obtained by the program of other machines. When debugging the placement machine, sometimes the circuit board coordinate data obtained only have the placement coordinates of the components, but not the coordinates of the reference point.



Step 3. Model and direction of the placement machine feeder



When the placement program of the placement machine is produced, there are often no samples of components and packages. When the model of the feeder and the direction of the components are determined, it is necessary to rely on past experience. The reclaiming center of some components and the feeder are inconsistent by default, so you need to recalibrate and modify the reclaiming position of the component feeder.
